useParams

The useParams hook, which returns the route parameters captured by the current Layout's path pattern.

Return the parameter object extracted from the current path according to its parent Layout pattern.

import { useParams } from "narraleaf-react";

// inside /user/:id/layout
const { id } = useParams<{ id: string }>();

If your layout is defined as name=":id", useParams will give you the captured value when the layout matches.
